Three generations, one copper degchi.
Siparua is a small drinks house making Indian coolers, sherbets and cold-pressed sodas the way our grandparents would recognise — with patience, restraint, and a fondness for glass bottles that come back for a rinse.

01
Sourced by hand
Kashmiri saffron, Konkan kokum, Alphonso raw mango, Damask rose from Kannauj — small farms, named growers, seasonal windows.
02
Cooked slowly
Our sherbets are cooked in copper, stirred by hand, and rested for a week before bottling. Time is our most stubborn ingredient.
03
Bottled cold
Every bottle is filled, capped and cold-stored in Pune, then shipped across India in insulated cases. Nothing artificial, ever.
“The best drinks are the ones you don't have to hurry through.”
— Aarti Deshpande, Third-generation founder
